I enjoy working at Hirease because of the work environment. The work can get stressful at times and it helps to have supportive people surrounding you. It's about as relaxed as a work environment can be and still be highly productive. Everyone here is willing to help anyone which makes it a tight-knit team.
I enjoy all of the fun extras that Hirease provides to employees. Quarterly massages, monthly cooking competitions and birthday celebrations are just a few of the fun things built-in at Hirease. Last Halloween we had a costume party. It was a riot to see everyone dressed up. You have to give your boss credit for rolling up into work wearing a mullet wig. It was so much fun!
