When Hirease was established in 2002, Paul and Heidi Dent sought to establish a different kind of company for their clients and
to be a different kind of employer for their employees. Since then, the company has grown to include over 40 employees with
Occupational Services, Employment Screening Operations and Administrative offices in North Carolina, Nebraska and Florida.
Hirease's strategy for success remains the same as it was in 2002: to hire the best possible employees who believe in and
understand the importance of customer service, teamwork, commitment and integrity. There is a fun atmosphere at Hirease, but
everyone has a natural sense of urgency to meet their clients' needs. A 'glass half full' strategy is utilized daily via
interactions with employees and clients every day.
