ORAL INTERCEPT DRUG TESTING |

| The
Oral Intercept test is an easy, convenient, self-administered
test that can be performed at the work site in less
than 5 minutes. The donor collects his/her own sample
with a swab and vial and seals the sample. Manager
(or appointed person) completes a Chain of Custody
form, ensures that the sample is sealed properly
and returns the sample via overnight delivery (usually
DHL). |

HAIR
FOLLICLE DRUG TESTING |
|

| This
testing method provides highly accurate, quantitative
data on long-term drug use for up to 90 days prior
to the test date. Hair follicle testing also yields
up to three times as many positive users than urine
drug tests. The manager (or appointed personnel)
will cut a sample of hair from the crown area of
the head, place the hair in foil, put into an envelope
and seal the sample. Manager (or appointed person)
completes a Chain of Custody form, ensures that
the sample is sealed properly and returns the sample
via overnight delivery. |
